Welcome to Perform Like An Animal - Mustang

Welcome to your Perform Like a Mustang Programme. A 6-week programme designed to improve your aerobic capacity, strength and endurance.

The programme includes pre recorded, real time follow along classes as well as additional written workouts. The workouts include endurance, bodyweight strength (calisthenics inspired), bodyweight conditioning and mobility. We have structured the weeks in a way that we believe you will get the most from them. That said, do not feel pressured to adhere exactly to the order and number of classes. The programme must work for you.

You do not need an equipment however there is the option to use rowers, ski ergs, bikes, treadmills etc if you'd like to. All endurance programmes will be demonstrated with a ski erg but you can choose to use any of the above or get outside and be running.

There are no weighted exercises in this programme but should you wish to add resistance, please feel free to add load where necessary.

The workouts vary in duration from 20-50 minutes. So whilst this may look like a lot of work, know that on the mobility days we are only asking you to move for 20 minutes
