Becoming a Vivo Subscriber could not be easier! Simply choose subscribe 12.5% off, then select the flavours and quantities you would like using the + and - buttons. Choose the frequency you would like to receive your products e.g every 4 weeks and then hit subscribe!

Account Login

To manage your subscriptions, you need to have a Vivo account.

You will be asked to create an account when completing the checkout for your subscription. You can create an account or log in on the My Account homepage.

You can edit your subscription, update billing info or see your purchase history all within your account on our website. Simply log in using your email and password and click ‘manage subscriptions’ to adjust at any time.

Frequently Asked Questions

To create a subscription, simply visit any of our vivo product pages and:

  1. Choose “Subscribe – 12.5% off
  2. Select the flavours and the quantity you want to add to your subscription by clicking on the + and – buttons next to each flavour.
  3. Choose the frequency you want to receive your delivery, e.g every 4 weeks.
  4. Click on Subscribe.

This will take you to the cart page, where you can review your order and proceed to the secure checkout.

To manage your subscriptions, you need to have a Vivo account.

You will be asked to create an account when completing the checkout for your subscription. You will just need to insert your email and create a password.

Alternatively, please follow the below instructions to create your Vivo account or log in.

  1. Go to our My Account page. You can also access this via the menu on mobile view.
  2. Enter the required details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Password)
  3. Select the green create account button or Log in.

You can then either continue shopping or go back to the my account link which takes you to your personal account area where you can manage every aspect of your subscription via the manage subscriptions button.

Getting through your product too fast? Or not quickly enough? Adjust your delivery frequency at any time so you never run out or end up with too much!

  1. Log into your account and click manage subscriptions.
  2. Choose the subscription you wish to change and click edit on the right.
  3. Here you will find the option to change delivery schedule.
  4. Click to change your delivery schedule and choose how often you would like to receive your product.
  5. Click save and this will automatically be updated in time for your next delivery.

Off on holiday? No worries, you can choose to skip a delivery whilst you’re away.

  1. Log into your account and click manage subscriptions.
  2. Click delivery schedule on the left.
  3. Choose the subscription you’d like to skip and select skip.
  4. This will automatically skip your subscriptions until you click unskip.
  5. Don’t forget to unskip your subscription once you’re back!

Off on holiday? Running low on products? No worries, you can change delivery dates as often as you like to suit your needs.

  1. Log into your account and click manage subscriptions.
  2. Choose the subscription you wish to change and click edit on the right.
  3. Here you will find the option to change your next charge date.
  4. Click the calendar to choose the date you would like to receive your next order.
  5. Click save and this will automatically be updated in time for your next delivery.

Mix it up and swap your existing subscription for a new product at anytime.

  1. Log into your account and click manage subscriptions.
  2. Choose the product you’d like to change and click swap.
  3. Search for the product you would like to subscribe to.
  4. Select the quantity and frequency and select swap.
  5. This will be updated in time for your next order.

Try another product or flavour by adding onto your existing subscription.

  1. Log into your account and click manage subscriptions.
  2. Scroll down and click add product.
  3. Search for the product you would like to add.
  4. Choose between a subscription or one time purchase.
  5. Choose your flavour and quantity.
  6. Select your delivery schedule and confirm.

Want to cancel your subscription? No problem, you can cancel anytime from inside your account.

  1. Simply log into your account and select the manage subscriptions button.
  2. Choose the subscription you wish to cancel and click Cancel to the right of the screen.
  3. Select a cancellation reason, and confirm.
  4. This will automatically cancel your subscription and a confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after.

Moving house? No problem you can change your delivery address from inside your account.

  1. Log into your account and click manage subscriptions.
  2. Choose your subscription order and click edit on the right.
  3. Here you will find the option to edit your delivery address. This will then update all other subscriptions associated with this address.
  4. Click save and this will automatically be updated in time for your next delivery.
  5. To create multiple subscriptions to multiple addresses this can be done by ordering a new product via the normal checkout process to a new delivery address which will then be automatically added inside your account.

Expired or lost cards? Need to change your billing address or email? No problem you can update your billing details anytime from inside your account.

  1. Log into your account and click manage subscriptions.
  2. Click billing information on the left.
  3. Here you can change your email address, card details and billing address.
  4. These will then be automatically updated in time for your next delivery.

Missing your Vivo products? Want to start receiving your orders again but avoid having to set up a new subscription? No problem! You can re activate any previous subscription from inside your account anytime.

  1. Simply log into your account and click manage subscriptions.
  2. Choose the cancelled subscription you wish to re-activate and click re-activate to the right of the screen.
  3. This will automatically re-activate your subscription. You then further edit your subscription if needed.
