Peanut Butter & Blackberry Protein Smoothie

This delicious smoothie combo is packed with protein and healthy fats, making it the perfect breakfast option to stay fuller for longer!

It is also a super easy and healthy breakfast option or post workout snack to fuel your gains from the gym and replenish your muscles.

We have added in our 25g protein and 6g BCAA per serving protein powder PERFORM into the mix. PERFORM protein powder is enhanced with energy boosting superfoods and plant-based BCAA's which is perfect for a post-workout snack or late night dessert!

PEANUT BUTTER AND BLACKBERRY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 1 scoop of your favourite PERFORM protein
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 large handful frozen strawberries
  • 1 large handful frozen blackberries

 

METHOD:

1. Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender, serve and enjoy! You can also add toppings (such as more berries, coconut chips and your favourite nut butter) for a contrast in texture.
