Chunky Monkey Chocolate Oats

Chunky Monkey Chocolate Oats (1 serving)


  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 scoop Dark Chocolate RITUAL Protein
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes


  1. Place oats in a saucepan with 2 cups of water, set over medium to high heat and bring to a slight boil.
  1. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for a further 2 min or so until thick and consistent, stirring occasionally. Straight after reducing to boil, add in a mashed banana, cacao powder, peanut butter, coconut flakes and protein powder into the oats and carry on cooking until you have reached your desired consistency.
  1. Top with desired toppings and serve.
